Here at Moonbug I aim to provide upholstery services second to none. I restore and reupholster on a commission basis, creating beautiful upholstered pieces tailor made to your requirements.
The chairs that I sell online are pieces that have been lovingly restored as part of a creative process as it simply it breaks my heart to see beautiful old chairs being sent to landfill.
Should you wish to have an antique restored, save a family heirloom, repurpose a mid-century classic or simply love a chair you have found in a charity shop, please do contact me to discuss your requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
We unfortunately do not offer a repairs service. However if, when we are reupholstering your loved chair, we will repair and restore any parts that may need it.
The time taken to reupholster a chair is dependant on the size, shape and condition of the chair. Please contact us and send us some pictures and we can talk through your requirements.
We can normally have items sent to you within 48 hours of purchase. Depending on where you live it normally takes between 3-7 days for delivery, but in some cases may take longer.
We have a 14 day returns policy which is detailed in the returns section (there is a link at the bottom of the home page). Please note that shipping is the reponsibility and the costs for returns are at the expense of the customer.
Shipping is priced on the size of the item to be shipped and distance. Please contact us for a price.
We only offer shipping to the UK.
